I have spent nearly two decades helping organisations communicate about the things that matter: gender equity in capital markets, education, financial innovation, sustainability, and business as a force for good.
I grew up in Ecuador, built my career across France, the Netherlands and the UK, and work fluently in English, French and Spanish. That trajectory shapes how I work: an internationalist perspective that is lived rather than learned, and an instinct for how narratives travel, or fail to travel, across cultures and markets.
Today I run Cháchara, an independent communications consultancy. I advise founders and leadership teams on corporate narrative, executive positioning, crisis and reputation, and campaigns that turn research and expertise into real-world influence.
Before going independent: Brand & Editorial Communications Director (Global) at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where I led communications for a newly merged listed group across 12 countries. Six years at Bain & Company in Paris. Agency years at Havas, working with Orange, McDonald's, Renault, KPMG and ESSEC Business School.
I am at my best where the stakes are real: a fundraise, a regulatory battle, a transformation, a report that deserves to shape the debate. If that sounds like your world, let's talk.
