Our recruitment commissioning fee is 22% for businesses, and 20% for non-profit organisations and charities. This will only be invoiced once your contractor or consultant has started their tenure with you.
Typically, a freelancer will be deployed in a business to support with ad-hoc or part-time work, or
could be used to bolster your team during busy periods. They might charge an hourly, day, or
project rate, or work with you on a monthly retainer.
A professional on a fixed-term contract will likely join your business for a pre-agreed period of time (usually between 6-12 months). They could lead or support on a project, cover maternity, sickness or sabbatical leave and will be on your payroll, effectively becoming a member of your team.
