  • Talent Advisory Services MENA Ltd, trading as The Work Crowd MENA, registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), with offices at Level 14, WeWork Hub71, Al Khatem Tower, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Together referred to as “The Work Crowd”, “we”, “our” or “us”.

For users based in the UK or EEA, The Work Crowd Limited acts as the data controller. For users based in the UAE or wider MENA region, Talent Advisory Services MENA Ltd operates under ADGM Data Protection Regulations, but all data processing decisions are governed by The Work Crowd Limited in the UK.

In addition to our MENA entity, we may, where relevant, share limited personal data with our sister company Hanson Search Limited, a UK-registered company (Company Number: 04038911) with its registered office at 42 Lytton Road, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 5BY, United Kingdom.

This may occur if:

  • You are a candidate seeking permanent or long-term employment opportunities; or

  • You are a client interested in hiring individuals on a permanent basis.

Any data sharing is done securely and only for a clear, legitimate purpose aligned with your professional interests. Hanson Search processes such data under its own Privacy Policy and in accordance with data protection laws.

6. International data transfers

Given our global operations, your personal data may be transferred between the UK, European Economic Area (EEA), and United Arab Emirates (ADGM).

  • ADGM-approved transfer mechanisms.
