  • Acting as an introducer between clients and independent consultants.
  • Acting as a payment agent for contracts agreed upon between users.

3. Services Provided

The Work Crowd provides a platform connecting clients with independent consultants specializing in marketing communications, sustainability, PR, and design. Specifically:

  1. Introduction Services:
    • We act as an introducer, facilitating connections between clients and consultants.
    • A fee is charged for this introduction, payable by the client as outlined in the client agreement.
  2. Payment Agent:
    • We act as a payment agent, receiving funds from the client and holding them until they are disbursed to the consultant upon satisfactory completion of the agreed services.
    • This arrangement does not create any employment relationship between The Work Crowd, clients, or consultants.

4. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms of Access and Use are governed by English law. Both The Work Crowd Limited and Talent Advisory Services MENA Ltd agree to resolve disputes exclusively under the courts of England and Wales, regardless of the jurisdiction of the user.


5. Use of the Site

Permitted Use

You agree to:

  • Use the site solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use the site to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with employment and tax laws in their jurisdiction, including regulations similar to IR35 in the UK.


10. Fees and Payment

  1. Introduction Fees:
    • Clients are charged a fee for introductions facilitated by The Work Crowd.
    • This fee is outlined in the client agreement and payable regardless of the outcome of the engagement.
  2. Payment Processing:
    • Consultants are paid only after funds are received from the client and after service milestones are met.
    • Any disputes regarding payment must be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined below.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises:

  1. Parties should first seek to resolve the matter amicably through our dispute resolution process.
  2. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by English law and settled in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the site is owned or licensed by The Work Crowd. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.


13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site for breaches of these terms or at our discretion.
