I'm the founder of a London-based artist development and music marketing agency with 10+ years in the industry. I'm looking for a content strategist and producer to help me build a consistent personal brand across social media that generates inbound leads for the business. And if you have experience with how to funnel those leads, even better!
What I need help with:
Developing a content strategy tailored to my audience - independent musicians, managers and music industry professionals. Creating a repeatable system for short-form video content across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Scripting or providing frameworks so filming sessions are efficient and I can batch record. Repurposing content for YouTube and potentially a podcast. Keeping me accountable to a consistent schedule.
About me:
I have genuine expertise and strong opinions about the music industry, artist development and music marketing. I'm not short of things to say - I need help saying them consistently and in a format that works for each platform. I've made a start on video content but haven't found a sustainable rhythm yet.
What I'm looking for in you:
Experience helping founders or service business owners build a content presence that converts to leads - not just views. Understanding of short-form video strategy, ideally across Instagram Reels and LinkedIn. Ability to write punchy, natural-sounding scripts that don't feel like AI copy. Bonus if you have any background in music, creative industries or B2B services.
What this is not:
A full video production role. I film myself. I need strategy, scripting support, light editing direction and accountability.
