Freelance Event & Marketing Support Role in Dubai & Abu Dhabi
We are a growing marketing agency with headquarters in Dubai and a presence in Abu Dhabi and we are looking for a hands-on freelancer to support with an upcoming exhibition and general agency content and marketing activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to a growing startup, be involved in the creative process, and support both operational and client-facing activity.
Freelance Event & Marketing role overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creatively inclined freelancer to support with:
- On-site support at a major media and communications exhibition in Abu Dhabi (8–10 December)
- Speaking with potential leads and supporting with lead generation during the event
- Capturing basic content from the exhibition (e.g., video, photos, social snippets)
- Supporting with pre-event and post-event marketing and content creation
- General account and marketing support to help the agency scale
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience within an agency environment (account executive/manager, marketing coordinator, or similar) or strong freelance experience
- Be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (or able to support in person for the event)
- Be proactive, resourceful, organised, and ready to “get stuck in”
- Be comfortable talking to potential clients and supporting business development activity
- Be creatively minded (not necessarily a designer, but someone who understands or contributes to content and ideas)
- AI tool automation/workflow proficiency is a plus
Availability & Commitment
- Support needed in the lead-up to the exhibition, plus on-site support during 8–10 December
- Around 2–3 days per week initially, with potential for ongoing work
- Hybrid but must be available in person for the exhibition
