We are looking for an experienced freelance marketer to support the launch and ongoing growth of our new business training and advisory company, providing training and advisory programmes for founders and CEOs of established multi-site businesses, including retail, hospitality, care, nurseries and professional services.
The business is launching publicly in September, with our first sponsored event taking place on 29 September 2026.
The role
We are looking for a freelance LinkedIn & Content Manager to help establish our presence on LinkedIn and turn its events, expertise and founder insights into high-quality content.
This will be a flexible freelance relationship, with workload increasing around events. There are currently plans for approximately 8 events per year.
Responsibilities
About you
We’re looking for a self-starter who is creative, highly organised and proactive. You’ll be comfortable working independently, taking initiative and bringing your own ideas to the table rather than waiting for instructions.
This is a freelance, ongoing opportunity with a flexible workload. There will be busier periods around events and quieter periods between programmes.
