In this freelance role, you will manage Bulba influencer campaigns alongside Meta and TikTok Ads, focusing on transforming the engagement from aesthetic appreciation to direct action with "Book Now" conversions. Your expert understanding of hyper-local targeting strategies will be pivotal in capturing foot traffic and filling our venues during historically low-demand slots, namely Monday through Wednesday and late-night timings.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing end-to-end campaigns from creator selection to content approval, ensuring vibrant and authentic User-Generated Content drives our advertising efforts. You will strategically identify organic content that performs exceptionally well, skilfully converting it into high-impact Spark Ads on TikTok and Reels Ads on Meta. Your analytical acumen will be key in optimising campaign performance, monitoring critical metrics like Cost Per Acquisition and booking conversions, enabling swift pivoting when campaign vibes fall short of expectations.
With a solid command over platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, and familiarity with UGC tools like Bulba, you will ensure seamless coordination with content creators, guiding them to meet technical ad requirements with precision.
