We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Consultant to join us on a part-time basis (3 days per week) to help scale our business during a crucial phase of growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing strategist who thrives in high-growth environments and can help develop and implement effective marketing strategies with speed and precision.
You will be working directly with the founder to shape and execute our marketing roadmap, optimise acquisition channels, and help us scale through smart, sustainable growth tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Co-develop a short-term and long-term marketing strategy focused on scalable growth.
- Channel Management: Identify and execute high-performing digital and traditional marketing channels tailored to the medical/pharma sector.
- Content & Campaigns: Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, including email, social media, events, partnerships, and paid advertising.
- Brand Positioning: Strengthen our brand and market positioning within the medical/pharma industry.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key KPIs, report on campaign performance, and suggest continuous improvements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (designers, copywriters, agencies) to deliver projects efficiently.
About You
- Proven experience in a Marketing Consultant or similar role, ideally within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong understanding of the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
