We are seeking a highly strategic, well-connected independent freelance publicist to act as the private office, gatekeeper, and profile manager for a prominent wellness practitioner, philanthropist and luxury brand founder.
This role begins as a flexible, part-time, pay-as-you-go arrangement (2–3 hours per week) focused on high-end guest list management and re-establishing the client's profile across elite London art, design, and wellness circuits. However, this is a long-term partnership with the scope to scale up significantly for upcoming major projects, including a future book launch and the rollout of a luxury wellness/supplement line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated incoming inbox, vetting invitations and managing elite RSVPs.
- Proactively map out a profile-raising calendar to re-introduce the client to key London networks.
- Lay the long-term groundwork for future commercial launches (publishing and wellness).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in personal publicity, celebrity talent management, or luxury wellness/lifestyle PR.
- Active, personal "black book" of contacts with top-tier London event curators and lifestyle media editors.
- Proven track record of helping high-profile individuals transition into book authors or wellness entrepreneurs.
