Freelance Publicist Wanted - Birmingham Launch Event

We’re looking for an experienced freelance Publicist / PR specialist to support the launch of our offering - film and fine dining later this year, specifically for the launch event: Film and Fine Dining

We are an immersive dining experience where guests enjoy a multi-course meal inspired by iconic dishes from the film, served in sync with key moments on screen.

We’re looking for someone who can help us generate strong awareness and excitement around our Birmingham launch through targeted PR and guest outreach.

Scope of work includes:

Securing coverage across key media publications across regional, lifestyle, entertainment, food, and hospitality sectors
Identifying and reaching out to media contacts, local personalities, celebrities, tastemakers, content creators, and influencers across food, lifestyle, and events to curate a guest list for our launch press night
Securing pre-launch promotional coverage to build awareness and anticipation ahead of the event

Venue: Birmingham
Date: September
Event: film and fine dining
Capacity: tbc, approx 40-46 guests total
Invite allocation: tbc, approx 20-23 each with a plus 1

We’re ideally looking for someone with:

Strong Birmingham media contacts
Existing relationships with press, influencers, and celebrities
Experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, and/or consumer PR
