Client: Klir Online – Nottingham-based digital branding and social media consultancy
Support Required: Sustainability Consultant (20 hours, ≤ £2,000 all-inclusive)
Programme: Nottingham Accelerator Growth Voucher
Objectives
Benchmark Klir Online’s current sustainability practices.
Identify opportunities to reduce our digital and operational footprint.
Provide practical recommendations and signpost relevant certifications/frameworks.
Build internal awareness so sustainability is embedded in how we operate.
Scope of Work
Sustainability Audit (Core Focus)
Review marketing operations, digital workflows, hosting, and supplier relationships.
Assess environmental impact of current practices (including digital carbon footprint).
Identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Recommendations & Roadmap
Provide a prioritised action plan (short, medium, long term).
Advise on realistic certifications and programmes (e.g. SME Net Zero, B Corp readiness, Carbon Literacy).
Highlight supply chain considerations and greener alternatives where relevant.
Awareness & Training (Light Touch)
One team session to share findings and introduce sustainable marketing best practice.
Issue a Certificate of Completion – Sustainable Marketing Training (badge for use on our website/proposals).
Deliverables
Audit report with baseline assessment.
Actionable roadmap with recommendations.
Certificate of Completion (sustainable marketing training).
