Experience: Experienced in internal or corporate communications
What you’ll do:
Create and deliver internal messages, campaigns, and content
Support leadership with communication for updates, strategy, and change
Produce newsletters, talking points, Q&As, presentations, and intranet content
Manage a comms calendar and ensure consistent, timely updates
Strengthen employee understanding of priorities and culture
Improve existing internal communication channels and processes
What you’ll bring:
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Experience advising leaders and handling sensitive communication
Ability to simplify complex information and manage multiple projects
Familiarity with UAE work environments; Arabic is a plus
Comfortable working independently and delivering high-quality content quickly
