Evens Assistant needed in London for a Filipino Food Event
Our company helps businesses around the world build remote teams and we're hosting a Filipino food event at Kasa & Kin in London on Thursday 26 November, and we’re looking for a friendly, organised onsite event assistant to keep everything running smoothly on the day.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing guest check-in and welcoming attendees as they arrive
- Acting as the main point of contact with the venue team throughout the day
- Coordinating and handing out giveaways at the end of the event
What we’re looking for
- Experience as an event assistant, ideally including front-of-house or guest check-in
- A warm, confident manner with guests, and comfortable liaising with venue staff
- Someone organised and practical who’s happy to get stuck in with logistics
- Food, hospitality or corporate event experience is a bonus
Date & hours
Thursday 26 November 2026, on site from 2pm to 7pm (five hours) at Kasa & Kin London
