The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support professional to work closely with the Project Director on a major culture change programme for a large Canadian multinational with offices across the country. The role will be based in Canada – ideally Vancouver or elsewhere on the West Coast within the same time zone.
This is a pivotal role supporting the coordination of a remote international team of consultants and academics, while liaising with senior internal stakeholders within the client organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on project support to the Project Director to ensure smooth delivery of the programme
Coordinate across international consultants, academic experts, and internal corporate stakeholders
Support project planning, timelines, reporting, and documentation
Manage logistics for in-person workshops and site visits in Canada
Contribute to internal communications, culture, and behaviour change activities as required
Take initiative to solve problems and ensure the project remains on track
The Ideal Candidate
Background in people, culture, behaviour or organisational change; candidates with strong internal communications experience will also be considered
Exceptionally organised, with proven ability to manage multiple moving parts in a complex environment
Agile and adaptable, with a solution-focused mindset and positive ‘can-do’ approach
Comfortable working autonomously while taking direction from the Project Director
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Flexible and professional approach to hybrid working
Requirements
Based in Canada, ideally Vancouver or the West Coast time zone
Willing to travel to client sites in Canada when required (typically every 1–2 months for 5–10 days)
Previous experience supporting large-scale culture, people, or organisational change programmes is an advantage
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to play a key part in a major culture and behaviour change programme within a leading Canadian multinational. It is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further develop their expertise in culture, people, and organisational change within a global consulting environment.
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Initial 6-month secondment, with potential for renewal
